PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is the Customer's responsibility to check and determine the full ability to receive the Products. Correct Customer's address and postcode/zip code, User's up-to-date telephone number and e-mail address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. NordicPosterStore will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address, notify a change in a phone number or any other special requirements, please contact us

PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT METHODS

We use Stripeas our payment processor to enable you to use the Credit Cards and Swish and any other applicable method authorized by you and provided by our payment service provider.

By placing an order through the Site, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments are quoted in Swedish Krona. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Site and Products. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the details, description, and price for the Products ordered. Payment of the total price plus delivery must be made in full before dispatch of your Products.

The total price specified in the final checkout screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation. If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your bank statement.

If you for any reason need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible (within 15 min after placing the order). However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our printing and packaging partners are very quick to handle orders.

DElIVERY, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAl

We currently do not support returns because each order is personalized and sent to our printing partners. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Due to the individualization of the Product there is no right of withdrawal for the Product after placed order.

If you're not satisfied with the quality of the poster, please contact us within 30 days* of receiving the item and we'll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

*After this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee following up on a damaged order.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NordicPosterStore and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) must be resolved by a court located in Sweden.
